In the heart of the sunny lands of Tunisia Gantouria village, we cultivate with passion 7,000 olive trees, whose average age is 8 years. These trees, symbols of our heritage and our know-how, bear within them the fruit of our work and our devotion, ready to write a new chapter.
We have carefully selected three varieties of olives:
Chetoui, Oueslati and Koroneiki.
Each of them brings its own personality, a symphony of flavors that will delight the most demanding palates. The Chétoui, with its fruity aromas, the Oueslati, rich and intense, and the Koroneiki, with its fruity taste, form a unique blend that embodies the authenticity and richness of our terroir.
